Single-Use Coriolis Mass Flow Meters

SumoFlo CPFM-8103 Series Single-Use Coriolis Flow Meters, the world's only gamma-sterilizable Coriolis mass flow meters, provide best in class accuracy of ±1% of reading. With flow ranges from 0.05 to 100 kg/min and available in seven models, SumoFlo Coriolis Flow Meters are designed to measure liquids in high-purity bioprocessing applications that require all gamma-sterilizable wetted surfaces.

SumoFlo Flow Meters utilize patented Coriolis technology to offer ±1% accuracy of mass flow rate readings unaffected by flow regime or variations to the velocity profile, allowing for precise measurement of bubbly or frothy fluids. Available in a disposable, drop-in form factor for single-use applications, all fluid contacting surfaces are made of unreinforced PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) that meet USP Class VI, USP 661, and USP 788 standards.

Pair with the optional SumoFlo Integral Display Transmitter for instantaneous process metrics, enabling operators to rapidly identify and respond to process variations and failures. Featuring a 144mm x 144mm panel-mounted four-line display to simultaneously show flow rate, totalized flow, density and temperature, the display transmitter offers re-zero and reset totalizer capabilities from the front of the display pane. this durable, reusable component with non-contact with fluids is available in either a panel-mounted or table-top version.

Designed and assembled in California, USA, from American and imported materials. This product is protected by U.S. and international patents.

SumoFlo Flow Meters are also available in a low flow version with a flow rate range of 0.002 to 0.05 kg/min.
