Requesting an Extractables Report

To request a copy of a material extractable report, please fill out the below form and select the product line(s) you are interested in.

After the form is submitted, your inquiry will be transferred to CPC Biotech’s technical team. A team member will follow up directly with the applicable material extractable reports per the selected product lines.

Please note, any non-extractable material content related inquiry specific to a product line can be found within the document titled ‘CPC Supplier Qualification Guide.’ Examples being statements for animal content, shelf life, product cleanliness, facility certifications, regulatory, product surface areas, example COC, etc. This file can be downloaded at the Material Content Documentation webpage.
